Please take a minute now to visit emergency.tufts.edu/alertupdate and confirm your contact information in TuftsAlert. On Wednesday, September 16 there will be a test of TuftsAlert.
The most important information you can provide is a text-capable mobile number, if you have one. Non-text mobile phones and landline phones can also be provided to receive voice notification messages. The information will remain confidential, used only to contact you during an emergency.
In the event of a significant emergency or dangerous situation, Tufts University may notify the community using the Tufts Emergency Alert System (TuftsAlert). TuftsAlert is designed to notify students, faculty, and staff by sending text, voice, and email alerts with information that may be critical to your safety; however, you must provide your contact information to be included in the system. Visit emergency.tufts.edu/alert for more information and the university policy on emergency notification.
